(अखिलेश सरकार ने फैसला किया है कि आप इस स्मार्ट फोन प्राप्त करना चाहते हैं तो सालाना आय छह लाख होना चाहिए। उत्तर प्रदेश के कैबिनेट के माध्यम से निर्णय लिया गया कि इस स्मार्ट फोन योजना के लिए आवश्यक वार्षिक आय 2 लाख थी, लेकिन अब इस आय में वृद्धि हुई है और अब वार्षिक आय 6 लाख है)
