The counseling process will be used for the applicant’s selection through the entrance examination. Counseling Procedure Details

The counseling process will be based on the institution and board members and it will be decided according to the marks of the student in the entrance examination and some steps how to counseling process works will be given below on this page.

At first, students may need to check the counseling schedules of the institute.

After that, from given list, aspirants we are advised to you check a particular institute according to your need and choice before the counseling.

Then, contenders choose a number of institutes that will be mentioned in the list according to your rank.

Now select the most preferred reputed college of your choice at the top of counseling list.

Candidates your counseling will start after you get login into your account and will end when you finally submit the list of institutes in your account online and successfully logged out.

You must have to attend the counseling on or before the tentative dates mentioned in the Counseling schedule

Then you can get a good college of your choice.

Online Counseling Process:

In the online counseling process, all the process will be done on the online basis and some points for the online counseling process will be given below on this page.

Online Choice Filling:

In this step, all qualified/registered students who have been interested in the top colleges firstly paid the registration cum counseling fee are necessary to apply their preference of University or Institute and Branch in order of their choices. Through this process, you will be enter in the counseling process.

Choice Locking & Printing of Locked Choices:

After filling the counseling fee contender will be locked automatically after registration period is over and the applicants have to take the print out of the filled choices only after closing of form filling in that particular round.

Seat Allotment:

After the filing the counseling fee and choice locking you will be enter in the college’s seat allotment process and then contenders will be processed centrally and seats will be selected in the order of merit.

Pay Counseling Fee:

After seat, allotment candidates may need to pay either fee of the counseling through e-challan or online mode only and after that they may download the Online Provisional Admission letter. After that, rounds of allotment will be started and also the Withdrawal of Allotted Seat and Refund of Fees process will be started candidates according to your college and seat your counseling fee will be refunded.

Offline Counseling Process:

Offline counseling process will be described in these steps.

In the offline process students are required to get the assistance form from the centers or the official contact number.

After that attending offline counseling for which candidate should report at reporting center.

From the given list of institutes, finalize the list of your choice and interest on before the last date of counseling.

After allotment of seats, you have to be physically present and existed at the Institute and secure your seat and do the payment of required counseling fee.

Then Document Verification process will be doing so candidates you have to carry one attested copy of your documents and photographs and Hall Ticket and Counseling result.

If you want to go for the second Counseling and want to try for some more college or Institute as per your rank.

Then you are eligible to attend the second Counseling.

You have to follow the same procedure as in the first counseling.
